A safe space for writers to gather together in community that is grounded in Christ intentional about developing, practicing and sharing our written craft.

We meet Tuesdays at 7:00PM.

Just a group for dog owners and their dogs to hangout. We'll meet at a once-a-month intervals for now and maybe meet up throughout the week!

Do you often feel like you don't have the tools and/or the confidence to share the gospel?

Especially with Easter coming, LW wants to equip everyone in our church on how to share the gospel. This class is for everyone: those with the gift of evangelism and those that simply want to learn what it means to share the gospel and be a light. 

We will meet the first three Tuesdays of April here at the church.

This class will examine and address scientific issues and evidence related to the Christian faith.  Specific areas of Biology, Physics, and Philosophy will be discussed to equip each participant with the knowledge necessary to establish and defend the Christian faith.

Sessions begin on May 5, 7 pm at Living Word Church

Fusion is a fun, music-driven fitness class for girls that combines pilates, barre, and strength training. In 50 minutes, you’ll build muscle, improve flexibility, and strengthen key areas like your core, glutes, and thighs — all with low-impact, form-focused movements using props like weights and resistance bands. Perfect for all levels!

Have you ever had questions and difficulties in understanding the Bible? Look no further! This 4-week course will develop your understanding of the Scriptures by developing a systematic method of interpretation. We will examine the different genres, historical background, literary devices, and context of the Scriptures to develop a better understanding of God's redemptive plan and His truths applicable to the challenges we meet every day.

Classes begin May 13, and we will be meeting on Tuesdays at Living Word Church. Get connected for more details to follow.

Our pantry doors have been open to the community for those in need of groceries. We recieve food on a monthly basis from the Community Food Bank in Hillside.  We are open on the the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 2:00pm until 6:00pm. All are welcome.

The Men's Ministry at LWC was created to bring men of all generations together. Our goal is to provide opportunities for all to become involved in some way through various gatherings and events we plan. Join our group today to get connected and begin growing with other men at LWC! 

To all our Living Word Youth Parents: You need help! We hear you and we're here for you! Raising kids in this day and age is harder than ever. With the struggles our kids are facing in school, with friends, social media pressure, and the growing cultural divide, we need to support them by supporting each other and by bringing Jesus and a biblical perspective back to the next generation. Join us once a month for a chance to come together to collaborate, connect, and encourage each other. Drop the kids off at Youth and come across the parking lot for our own version of a parent and guardian support group. We'll have games, resources, books, coffee, snacks, pizza, coffee, soda, and even coffee!

In accordance with Ephesians 4:16, “as each part of the body does its own special work, helping other parts to grow, the whole body is healthy and full of love.” 

Therefore, we are establishing a Bible study group in Portuguese, so that language will not be a barrier for growing in Christ likeness and integration into the Living Word community.

A small group of men recognizing that we like Isaiah 6:5 are undone.  We stand before our Holy God and were it not for his mercy to purge the sin from us we are undone/silenced.  Our heart is to seek the Lord together asking for a humble teachable spirit as we carefully/expositorily study his word.  We gather (almost) every Tuesday night in Mountainside from 6:45 to 8:30.

If you are looking for a small group faith community to understand God's plan and purpose, look no further. Here we believe in the divinely inspired Scriptures as God's message for everyone. We aim to know the Living Word, through the Written Word, Verse x Verse.

We meet every Thursday at the church and doors open 6:30 PM.

This is a bible study group for women of all ages at Living Word. We come together to not only study His Word and strive to become more like Him, but also to bear one another's burdens and lift each other up in prayer and fellowship.

It will be the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.

The group format will be a selected verse or verses and each participant will be encouraged to bring notes of their thoughts. 

We hope it can be a time to connect and build relationships with women at Living Word!
